Since 2010

At the helm of Limitless Health Spa is Whitney, a dedicated nurse practitioner with over 14 years of clinical experience. Whitney’s health journey transformed at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic while caring for patients at the bedside. Frustrated by the limitations of the traditional healthcare system, she sought alternative resources to explore her own health and wellness more deeply. This quest led her to experts in the Functional Medicine space, and after experiencing her own success with a combined approach of traditional and functional medicine practices, Whitney recognized the necessity of offering these techniques to all her patients. From this realization, Limitless Health Spa was born.

Limitless Health Spa redefines health and wellness by focusing on the root causes of symptoms. Whitney takes a personalized approach that prioritizes each individual’s unique journey, delving into hormonal balance, metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle. The spa emphasizes strategies that promote healthy aging and longer, healthier lives. Recognizing that wellness is not a one-size-fits-all solution, Whitney and her expert team dedicate time to listen, assess, and create customized treatment plans that address the underlying causes of health concerns. By combining evidence-based practices with alternative therapies, Limitless Health Spa empowers individuals to tackle a wide range of issues—from hormone imbalances and weight gain to menopause, testosterone replacement, and even peptide therapy. Our goal is to ensure comprehensive care and support at every step of the way.

Whitney is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, where she is currently completing her fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine. She is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, having earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2018, following her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Seton Hall University in 2011.

Here are some common inquiries from those new to Limitless, designed to give you a clear understanding of what to expect and how we differ from typical doctor’s offices.

Are there any specific preparations needed before my initial consultation?

Yes, to ensure a smooth and productive initial consultation, we ask that you complete the patient intake forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Additionally, please have a list of your current supplements and medications ready to discuss, as this information is essential for us to provide personalized care tailored to your needs.

Are there follow-up appointments or support available after initial treatments?

Yes, follow-up appointments are mandatory for new patients, as we require monthly meetings to monitor your progress and ensure optimal care. In addition to these appointments, our team is available to support you at every step of the way via text and phone, so you can always reach out with questions or concerns.

Do you accept insurance?

We operate on a cash and membership-based model and do not accept insurance co-pays. However, patients can use their HSA or FSA cards to pay for memberships and medications. For eligible patients, we work to obtain preauthorization for medication coverage, but if preauthorization is not approved, patients are responsible for out-of-pocket costs.

How can I schedule an appointment?

New patients schedule appointments directly on our website, on Google and on our social media channels. Current patients can also book directly on our patient application (iOS and Android).

What types of blood tests do you provide, and how are the results communicated?

We provide a comprehensive panel of blood work that includes expanded lipid panels, hormone assessments, inflammatory markers, as well as markers for metabolic health and autoimmune conditions. Our approach goes beyond typical doctor’s visits, focusing on root cause analysis to ensure a thorough understanding of your health. You’ll receive your results during your second telehealth visit, which is scheduled 1-2 weeks after your initial meeting, and this is all included in your consultation fees. Our team is always available to discuss your results and guide you on the next steps for your health journey.
