Yes, to ensure a smooth and productive initial consultation, we ask that you complete the patient intake forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Additionally, please have a list of your current supplements and medications ready to discuss, as this information is essential for us to provide personalized care tailored to your needs.

Yes, follow-up appointments are mandatory for new patients, as we require monthly meetings to monitor your progress and ensure optimal care. In addition to these appointments, our team is available to support you at every step of the way via text and phone, so you can always reach out with questions or concerns.

We operate on a cash and membership-based model and do not accept insurance co-pays. However, patients can use their HSA or FSA cards to pay for memberships and medications. For eligible patients, we work to obtain preauthorization for medication coverage, but if preauthorization is not approved, patients are responsible for out-of-pocket costs.

New patients schedule appointments directly on our website, on Google and on our social media channels.  Current patients can also book directly on our patient application (iOS and Android).

We provide a comprehensive panel of blood work that includes expanded lipid panels, hormone assessments, inflammatory markers, as well as markers for metabolic health and autoimmune conditions. Our approach goes beyond typical doctor’s visits, focusing on root cause analysis to ensure a thorough understanding of your health. You’ll receive your results during your second telehealth visit, which is scheduled 1-2 weeks after your initial meeting, and this is all included in your consultation fees. Our team is always available to discuss your results and guide you on the next steps for your health journey.
